Amazing location right by the beach with stunning views from the balcony. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of storage space. The communal pool was a great addition and the poolside bar and restaurant served delicious food. We also appreciated the UK channels on the TV for catching up on news and sports.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as a broken canopy over the balcony and a stiff patio door. The strong saltwater in the swimming pools was uncomfortable on the eyes.

Our stay at Las Americas 4 was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a few minutes away. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to two showers. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the huge balcony with stunning views of the pool area and the beach. We spent hours there, enjoying the sunshine and the peaceful atmosphere. The complex itself is also in a great location within Playa, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and even a couple of play parks for the kids. And despite the minor maintenance issues mentioned in the reviews, they were not a big deal and did not affect our overall experience. We also appreciated the availability of Netflix and YouTube on the TV, which kept our little one entertained. we had a fantastic time at Las Americas 4 and would definitely recommend it to others.
